I can certainly create a rough outline, especially if anyone needs to leave early to help with setup or other tasks. However, we typically ask that everyone be present and ready at the same time for their hair styling. While we generally allow about an hour per person, the time required can vary (sometimes a half-up style may actually take longer than a bun) as well as hair length, thickness and chosen style. Because of these small differences, it's difficult to assign exact time slots. Keeping everyone available helps us maintain a smooth, flexible flow and ensures we stay on schedule for the day.

What is your cancellation policy?

If the wedding/event is cancelled, please note that all deposit fees paid to the vendor are non-refundable. While we understand that services may not yet have been rendered at the time of cancellation, we reserve your event date exclusively and turn away other bookings and inquiries to honour our commitment to you. This policy helps protect our business from the loss of potential income due to the reserved date.

Will you travel to our getting-ready location or venue?

Yes, absolutely! We have a team of artists available throughout the Okanagan and are happy to travel to your getting-ready location or venue. Depending on the location of your event and where your assigned artist is based, a travel fee may apply. We’ll always confirm any applicable fees at the time of your booking so there are no surprises.

How long will it take for my hair and my bridal party’s hair?

We typically budget for 1 hour per person and an hour and a half for the bride.

Do you require a deposit to save the date?

Yes, we require a 30% deposit as well as a signed contract to secure your wedding date.
