Shyla is a talented hairstylist with over 10 years of experience, and a proud mom to three young girls. Based in Enderby, she has a true passion for creating stunning updos and loves working closely with her brides to make their vision come to life. Shyla happily travels throughout the Okanagan to accommodate her clients, bringing not only her skills but also her warm, genuine personality that makes every bride feel comfortable and beautiful on their big day

I’m Kamloops based but travel world wide to style hair for weddings and events. Some of my favourite locations have been Honduras, Mexico, and Ireland and Europe!

19 years’ experience, 7 years specifically in Bridal and 150+ weddings under my belt, I’ve had the pleasure of working through many style trends.

Some of my fav. styles are Hollywood Waves, anything Boho, incorporating Braids, and Big Beautiful Bridal Buns – although my current obsession is the Kardashian/Pamela Anderson up-do

I’ve been Okanagan based since 2005. I absolutely love styling hair for weddings and events. I’m also a hairstylist behind the chair, specializing in vivid colours.  

When I’m not behind the chair, I enjoy playing with aerial silks and dancing with Femme Fatale. Each day is an opportunity to blend artistry and movement in the most exhilarating ways.

I am constantly staying up to date with the latest trends, tips and tricks to provide you with nothing but the BEST hair. 

When I’m not creating beautiful wedding hair, I am spending time with my partner and our two young daughters. We enjoy traveling,  paddle boarding, sunbathing, enjoying long walks and gardening. When winter arrives, I’m off to snowy mountains for snowshoeing & ice skating. I also love yoga and painting in my free time
